The first thing you should do before choosing a shoe is know your weaknesses. If you have a bad knee, you need to take that into consideration when buying a shoe. Make sure you tell the person working at the shoe store that you have a bad knee and they may be able to recommend something for you. You may have arthritis in your ankles or knees as well.
